On March 22nd we are releasing our Imperial Stout called Nexus Of The Universe!

To coincide with the release we are holding the 1st Annual Nexus Fest! The event will be at Decatur Brew Works from 12 to 3 PM. The majority of our taps will be converted to Stouts (and other high gravity beers like barleywines). So far we have the following beers lined up:

More beers will be announced as we get closer to the event.

Cost is $20 in advance ($25 day of) and includes entrance into the festival, a festival glass, four 5 ounce pours and all the chili you can eat!

In addition to the stout fest, we are also having a chili cook off. All festival goers will have an opportunity to try and vote on their favorite chili. Additional tasting tickets can be purchased during the event.

If you are interested in participating in the chili cook off, there will be a sign up sheet at the brewery, along with a details about the parameters of the competition. There will be a fan favorite that will be determined by festival goers and a judges choice. Awards will go to the winners.

Tickets for the festival go on sale March 3rd at the brewery. There are only 100 tickets, so get yours as soon as you can. If you’re coming from out of town and can’t get in to purchase tickets, give us a call during regular business hours and we’ll hold them until the day of.
